Cheyenne WY is about 60 miles north of their current location.
I'd guess Wyoming. Its a stretch, but you can commute there from Denver, so it would allow employees to relocate more gradually.

Particularly close to Erie, Co, which is in Northern Colorado. About an hour’s drive north from Erie to Cheyenne.
They should just move. Tell their employees that they are welcome to come with them and that they will even give them some help w/ the move. I’m sure that whatever state/community gets them, would be willing to help out in some way. Lots of those folks won’t be able to, due to outside responsibilities and that sucks.
Hate to be a judgmental jerk, but after looking at the pic that was posted, if that is their factory, I’d love to know what lever some of their employees were pulling in November.
Baretta has threatened to move out of Maryland if the new gun bills in Maryland are passed. About 400 jobs I think.
