Didn't SCOTUS rule in Heller v DC that nobody had that right outside their home?I thought it asserted the right for in-home, but neglected to extend the decision on out-of-home.Another SCOTUS circle-jerk where they addressed a very finite bit of info and did not take it to its logical conclusion.
