I'll admit I've always been anti-Rodman Freakshow. It has been argued that Rodman's rebounding statistics should be discounted because he concentrated on rebounding to the exclusion of all else. I have to agree with Charles Barkley on this one.
Back when they were both still playing, Charles claimed that he could also get 18+ rebounds every night if that's all he ever did. And Rodman would have been a much better player if he had been more well-rounded.
Pistons, Spurs, Bulls... He never won a game by himself! :p
But of course you are welcome to disagree!

Rodman is a freak, but nobody rebounded better. And now he's just a bounder.

Its cool.
I think he was a one trick pony and ran up the only stat he was able. I think Barkley was right and there are many players that could reach those rebound numbers if that's all they ever did in a game.
And you feel he is a good man and knew his limitations, and was an asset to the game. :)
(Yeah, I'm teasing you a bit for calling him a good man. :p hehe)

(Yeah, I'm teasing you a bit for calling him a good man. :p hehe) He was a male, but not not sure he was a man, LOL! I just love that Dirty Harry line and it makes good sense. A good coach, like Phil Jackson, gets the best out of all his players. A good coach adapts his game plan to get maximum value from his players, in a role where they can dominate.

Good quote!
And though we may never have the same views on Rodman's contribution to basketball, we certainly agree on other more important things- like your tag line. :)

Are you saying Trayvon Martin is the young version of Dennis Rodman?
To: SeekAndFind
How much take-out did he bring?
