The most literate and educated population in the history of the world was Hitler’s Germany.

Education is not a panacea for the world’s problems.

> Political correctness must stop

It won’t.

The only chance we’ve got is to outbreed the commies and educate our own children OUTSIDE the government school collectives, where they are brainwashed into the collectivist groupthink.

It is hypocritical to submit your children to an authority with which you disagree so strongly and on so many levels. Your kids will know it, and it will undermine your authority with them. Not only that, the school will tell your kids that your ideas are “old-fashioned” at best, but more likely that you are a “racist”, “homophobic”, “sexist”, “xenophobic”, “a gun-toting psychotard”, “anti-science”, “global-warming denier.”

GET YOUR KIDS OUT OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. T

TODAY!

I know Lumberton very well. I grew up in Beaumont, which is near Lumberton, which is a small town in what we call the Piney Woods because it used to be, at least, a huge forest covering a very large acreage in that area.

Was I surprised to see this article! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I was reading it.

FGS! what is wrong with these people?

A teacher with 32 years “doesn’t know how to respond” to pure crap? What an idiot.

The superintendent also defended the lesson on freedom fighters. “The whole idea behind this particular lesson – do you call yourself a freedom fighter or Islamic jihadist – or whatever it is you want to be called – you’ve got to put things in perspective,” the superintendent said. “We’re trying to teach the kids to discern for themselves that one thing can be called many different things.”

Valastro said it’s important for students to understand context.

“We might see it as terrorism, but from the Islamic side they might call it jihadist or freedom fighter,” he said.

Let me clear up that nasty rash of moral equivalency for you, Mr. Superindendent, while I put this knife up to your jugular and strap this explosive vest to your chest.

And this is in Texas!

I can only imagine what is being taught in, say, Flint, MI or New Jersey, where pockets of other "freedom fighters" hang out!

Hitler wasn't interested in just moving the Jews away from Germany - he wanted to kill every one of them he could get his hands on even to the point that equipment which could have been better used fighting the war was still being used for his mass murder. If there was more that he could have killed he would have. That's pretty much the definition of Genocide. Calling it "ethnic cleansing" just tries to mix mass murder up with forced relocation to hide its true horror.

So the superintendent's claim that "What is more dangerous – fear and ignorance or education and understanding. From our standpoint, we are here to educate the kids." is shown to be a lie. Trying to put the "ethnic cleansing" smiley face on the Holocaust is promoting ignorance and eliminating education and understanding.

Why are we educating Muslims in ANY of our public schools? Why are we educating Christians and Jews to accept the Muslim takeover of our country?

Turn off your TVs. Get down on your knees and PRAY. NOW, before it’s too late.

John Valastro, the superintendent of the Lumberton Independent School District, tells me that the teacher did absolutely nothing wrong.
To offer Ms Valastro a different opinion ...

What is the freedom they are fighting for? Hmm, that would be the US supporting the right of Israel to exist and open trade in the Middle-East. This ignoramus milk-drinker/pansy equates this with the American Revolution,

LeBlanc said she was especially bothered by the lack of emphasis on other religions. She said there were hardly any lessons on Judaism and none on Christianity.

There's the crux of the problem. If they aren't going to include Judaism and Christianity in the curriculum, they need to find balance elsewhere.

May I suggest a skit portraying these "freedom fighters" beheading Daniel Pearl?

“He was shocked that we had to call them that,” she told Fox News. “He laughed and asked the teacher, ‘Is that a joke? Are you serious? Why do we have to call them that? That makes it sound okay (what they did) And it’s not.’”

Madelyn said the teacher didn’t know how to respond.

“She said it was something we have to learn for the end of the year testing,” she said. “I’m sure it was very difficult for her to do.”

Sometimes teachers don’t have the abililty to address complex issues, as in this case.

Back when America had a spine good upstanding citizens would have visited Superintendent John Valastro and explained to him how shameful his position is. If that failed to change his mind then perhaps the actions of the good citizens of Montana to Frank H. Little would be appropriate.

They are NOT fighting for freedom.

Freedom is anathema to their way of thinking.

What they want is SUBMISSION. Islam means submission. Those that claim it means peace mean peace in the same way the Communists meant peace - peace means lack of opposition.
