This criminal release, ala Sadam Hussein and Castro, was Obama ordered/approved. Government workers do not have the authority to do something like this and it is s.o.p. for a government worker to get superior’s approval on any decision along these lines.
We government workers know the civilian economy is bad and jobs are few. We would not risk our government jobs on something so political as releasing criminals without direct orders, preferably written, signed and dated, from above.
Our Agency chief would never do something like this on his own. Without direct instructions from above.
And a decision like this would be made at the highest level.
Just as a top general never decides to go to war by him/herself. This kind of decision comes down from the very top.
With all the government rules and procedures, wouldn’t there be some clear guideline as to who could authorize such a release. Looks like it could be pinned down whether such has to be authorized Obama, or Big Sis, or some level under her, per some specific guideline for that agency.
Or maybe some immigration court judge, or other federal judge.
