It's probably standard practice for them and that makes sense! You WOULD need some advance notice, if you have a President who was raked up from some Chicago gutter and whose ONLY rhetoric is comprised of laughably blase, jejune, useless and empty phrases. (And THAT'S on his best day!!!)
