Why do Christians always blame other Christians (and I am referring to Biblical, born again Christians in both instances) for the mess we are in? I am sick of it.

Too Bad. Truth hurts. A II Timothy 3 Generation only wants to hear smooth and easy things.

If you had read the Founders and understood them, you would understand WHY Christians are to blame for losing this culture. Liberty was strictly placed in the bosom of Christianity to uphold and guard - because it's constructs were rooted in the adherence to the Faith and the Commandments. I'm sorry for you that you are too blind to see and understand that.

Why didn't you 5,000 change this, just as Elisha stood alone against 600 prophets of Baal? Why weren't you successful in overturning & changing this through whatever you were referring to?

Biblical misapplication on your part. A remnant is never enough to spare a nation God has given over to judgment. When the cup of iniquity is full, even the servants of God go into captivity. Read your bible, and understand it.

Quit blaming other Christians! There are millions of Christians standing "on His Foundations"

The fruits of our current culture condemn Christians according to the Founders and the bible itself. The church no longer influences the culture - instead the culture influences the church - because MOST exist to please itching ears and fill donation plates for the new building fund.

What more are you doing above other born again, conservative, fundamental & evangelical Christians?

Matthew 28:19&20 in places the Name of Christ has not yet even been heard. The church in America by and large no longer engages in that kind of mission work. The engage in the social gospel, good works - but without insisting on the life changing relationship a people need to have in Christ.

I don't want to sound blasphemous, but in all honesty God is rewarding evil doers such as 0bama & the leftists in unbelieveable ways, both financially & in taking more & more power.

Yes, it's called Judgment. Something our Founders understood in the years before the Revolution. They understood a people suffering the tyranny of evil rulers, was due to a wayward church that had sinned. The Great Awakening and the First Revival were preached, and a nation repented until it was ready to suffer and be given it's breath of freedom.

What is it that you recommend that Christians should do to retake & restore our country?

II Chronicles 7:13 & 14 needs to be preached every week until the church repents and can be a tool towards preaching the same to a sinful nation - WITHOUT ANY COMPROMISE WITH THE SECULAR HEDONISTS.

Persecution will come as a result, and few to none are willing to risk that, much less lose their 501C3 status.

What do you think Christians can or should have done to conclusively reverse the Supreme Court decisions to remove prayer from public schools in 1962, or Roe vs Wade in 1973, or state & federal courts ruling in favor of gay marriage, and a host of other evil satanic court rulings?

Christians in America bought the Satanic lie that it was the worst of sins to judge sin. In adopting the twist of truth that we must 'hate the sin and not the sinner', the secular Left then asserted that the sin defines the sinner, and therefore it is a sin to judge their sin, because the sin is who they are.

What should we have done? The Founders went to war over various tax acts against them. The final straw was the belief in the Colonies that the Brits would force all Christians into the Church of England of whom the king was pope -, and thus stamp out the fires of Independence. The cry of "No King but Jesus!' was the rallying cry for Independence.

There were things a staunch and religious people should have stood to fight for, even to the point of arms. But Righteousness is not one of those things, because as you yourself have said - even the church has bought into the pronouncements of denouncing good as evil and celebrate evil as good.

Americans today seem only willing to fight for abortion rights, beer, cable TV at low prices, welfare handouts and "environmental justice".

I don't understand how God was willing to spare Sodom & Gomorrah for only 10 righteous souls, and yet allowed America to be duped & stolen by 0bama, both in 2008 and in 2012. There were millions of born again evangelical Christians praying, working & contributing in the last election, and instead we got shellacked by the most evil president & socialist demoRAT party in American history.

That is because you refuse to understand or accept that II Timothy 3:5 describes the Christian Church in America. We are become lukewarm at best - and scripture tells us we will be spit out of His mouth - because we are neither hot nor cold (Revelation 3:16-17)

But quit blaming Christians!

NO I WILL NOT. Judgment begins at the house of God and repentance is absolutely necessary if we are to survive as a people. Perhaps you need to stop making excuses to absolve us of our complicity and sins in the loss of our culture. If we taught morality and the proper role of marriage to our kids - abortion would have little use or need. We would have stopped (by force if necessary) the insistence on teaching sin in our schools and making a Godly way of life more important than seeking pleasure for a season.

You need to face an historical and biblical fact. Many wrote the the civil war was the price God exacted of us as a nation for slavery. I believe that is true. If God would allow a bloodbath to pay the price for our sins of slavery - what do you think God is going to exact from America in blood, the extermination of an entire generation of Americans in the womb???

Our nation has been given over to strong delusion (II Thessalonians 2:11). That's a prophecy being fulfilled right before your eyes - but instead you join the chorus of those condemning those who are pointing out the sins of the church and this people - that enabled tyrants to be put in power.

I know it sounds too simple, but it is in fact, the simple truth.

From now on, I publicly challenge anyone who blames Christians for the mess we're in and say "What is it that you specifically did to fight & overturn some piece of horrible legislation or court ruling?"

I was on court steps trying to keep God's Commandments in them. I tried to rally churches to that cause - and few to none would show up for rallies. Few churches would return e-mails or phone calls.

Even now, churches are not interested in hearing testimony or getting involved in foreign mission work outside of whatever they send to prescribed social works. Most churches I talk with, are interested only in the Osteenized version of Christianity and the rest have their doors and windows shut tight.

We need either CW II or the Rapture to occur, whichever one comes first.

We wil have what Jesus described in Matthew 24. The question is, will He find faith on the earth when He returns? I have my doubts the church in America will endure the kind of persecution our brothers and sisters in Christ endure daily in the third world.

But it is coming. Indeed, at the very door judging by the fruits of events.

I fully understand all the passages you are quoting, but in essence you keep accusing & blaming Christians. And you're no better. You & I & others & God are a majority in terms of the final outcome. The Biblical Christian church in America can certainly do more and should, but then again so can you. You are not the only one fighting the good fight. I do what I can and so do you. But I'm not going to blast other Christians, unless they fail to be involved at all.

God was willing to save Sodom & Gomorrah for only 10 righteous souls. We have millions of righteous, born again souls in America who do fight & pray & contribute & vote & participate. But we lose all the battles and in the end, the victory will be the Lord's. We are in the end times as described in II Tim 3, and Matt 24, and it will only get worse & worse. I just wish & pray that God would honor the faithfulness of those who are fighting the good fight.
