This is a significant incident.

There is underway a coordinated multi-front effort to brand "Republicans" as enemies of the State and good public order.

This effort is progressive, it is escalating, and there is no reason to believe that it will end any differently than such processes have ended before, elsewhere in the world, many times now since 1792.

I wrote four years ago, that we are reaching the point (using history and human nature as our guides) where moving this revolution forward will require using terror on the citizens.

I knew where we were then and I have not been wrong yet.
