Unless Islam moderates, and becomes an open choice religion that doesn’t advocate killing people, it will eventually be eliminated from the face of the Earth. That’s just inevitable. Many people will likely be hurt or die in the process, but it will happen - if Islam doesn’t clean it’s own house first.
There will be no reform in Islam, because it is fundamentally a violent religion.
When a Christian sect becomes violent, it can be said to have strayed from true Christian teachings. The opposite is true of Islam.
I wouldn’t count on it.
