Y’know, as much as I like 5.56mm, it’s still a .22, pal, and it starts to tumble after about 500 yards!

If you really want to reach-out and touch someone at 1000 meters, you’ll need at least a .303 Lee-Enfield.

I’m happy with the Russian 7.62 X 39. The ammo is dirty, but it shoots OK.

Even with iron sights, that is a sweet weapon.
