Incidentally, the late (hon) Judge Robert Bork said the Israeli Supreme court is the worst judiciary in the civilized world. With the prosecution of Lieberman and the probable threats against Bibi, we know what Judge Bork meant.
I don’t believe Bibi’s been “turned” by any threat of charges. He sold out Hebron. He’s been destroying outposts for years, using Ehud Barak to do his dirty work. Now he has just teamed up with the most recklessly stupid person on the face of the planet besides Shimon Peres, rather than have Naftali Bennett in his coalition. His rival Feiglin had this to say:
