Did you have a good day? Fine dining with a fine cook?

My Dad has been sleeping all day. I got a couple laps out of him, but he said he’s too tired. All we can do is our best to make sure he doesn’t fall, make sure if he’s up, he is with his walker. I got the new handrail and brackets today. This week I will work on finding a handyman to install it. If my knees worked better I could do it myself, but I can’t afford to get crippled up any more than I am.

And it has started to snow....it is beautiful outside. I love watching it snow.

I had a fairly good day, thanks! I'm still under the weather - on antibiotics for another week or so. We had Chili this evening - a modified recipe from my Mom's old Betty Crocker cookbook that we've been playing with for years.

I hope you're able to get the handrails installed for your dad - that will make a big difference!

We continue to wait for snow here this Winter - beginning to doubt it will happen!

They were discovered in the gun turret when the sunken ship was found. Thank the Lord that at least these two were recovered and can be laid to rest with appropriate honors!
