That’s between the parent and the student. The school should butt out. They have no right to even raise the issue. It’s none of their concern.

That's right. It wasn't on school property or on school time. It was their lunch period.

Now watch the school decide that students aren't allowed to go off campus any more, like many schools do.

Incarceration indeed.

Ah..but incarcerated prisoners have rights to prayer rugs in the facility-and GUARDS don`t forget guards. Which a school full of helpless children don`t deserve.
