I thought I read that Paul
liked but did not officially endorse Rubio's
amnesty comprehensive immigration plan [a rework of McCain's CI plan].
However,
Wikipedia has this under the Rand Paul bio:
Illegal immigration
Paul has proposed adding security to the border by installing an electronic fence and helicopter stations to respond to breaches. He opposes birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants. Paul has said that courts should review the 14th Amendment, which guarantees citizenship to "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof," to conclude whether or not it should apply to the children of illegal immigrants. If court challenges fail, Paul would support a constitutional amendment that would deny citizenship to children of illegal immigrants who are born in the United States.
If Paul holds to that, he will be miles ahead of Rubio for 2016.

I think he will be trying to amend any bill that is brought on immigration to get congress to vote on border security annually before giving any visa’s to illegals and he wants them to wait in line so they won’t get a green card and citizenship for what, 12-15+ years? He won’t support anything more generous than that.

In recent articles Paul is now supporting Illegal Alien Amnesty....using the canard “we must rethink about Immigration”. He is now supporting Amnesty.....I would link the articles however I am on my Smart Phone and time constrained

I’d still back him over anyone else in the field, currently. Unfortunately, I noticed the lack of enforcement of current law and frog-marching those who aid and abet.
Though, I’d love to see my ‘Equality Under the Law Act’ passed first: ‘There shall be no exemptions, by exclusion or omission, from any Law or regulation by any entity in or of the boundaries of these United States.’
