What _you’re_ forgetting is that Posse Comitatus applies to the members of the military. They’re not going to use “the military”, per se.

They will use Homeland Security, ATF, and SWAT teams from other government agencies. I might be wrong, but because these agencies are civilian in nature and not “military”, the Obammunists will claim that they are not subject to the constraints of Posse Comitatus. Wait and see.

Not to worry, 'bama thinks he'll use the military. Those other agencies have too many dependents to put at risk.

At the moment I don't think the law will get sent to the floor in either house in the Minnesota legislature, and in the case of Missouri, they might toss that poor guy out in the snow to freeze to death.
