Dorner was (without much doubt) a murderer who deserved capture, a trial, conviction (probably) and a swift execution.
The fact that we’re dealing with a Grade A A**-H*** still allows us to question whether the cops upheld high standards of constitutional law enforcement, like Due Process, or whether in a vendetta executed a plan to murder him without Due Process.
If the Left wants to defend him, they’re idiots. If Conservatives want to uphold Constitutional standards, by all means, let us debate whether Constitutional standards were met in this case.

...he’s been like a real-life superhero to many people. Now, don’t get me wrong, what he did was awful, killing innocent people is bad. But when you read his manifesto, you read the message that he left, he wasn’t entirely crazy. He had a plan and a mission, here. And, many people aren’t rooting for him to kill innocent people; they’re rooting for someone who was wronged to get a kind of revenge against the system. Yeah, this guy was kind of a leftwing Timothy McVeigh, wasn't he? Except nobody on the right tried to make a hero out of McVeigh.
