Yes, and I would then be on my way to the 7-11 Store to pick up some supplies after I have handed the government official a copy of this document and I have made a call to my attorney.

for the bonfire that I'm sure will start at the home of some gun owner in the area that chooses to go down shooting......

You sure are an assuming fellow. You personally believe that you will be afforded the right to contact an attorney or even the right to know for what you are being charged?

I think this is the problem with most Americans: they treasure their “things” more than their freedoms. I won’t be sitting in a corner of my bedroom shitting myself in fear if law enforcement comes tearing through my home. The Fourth amendment only means something if the rest of the Bill of Rights stands up.

They tear down the Second, you can bet your ass that due process, right to a speedy trial, right to face accusers, are ALL out the window. You’ll be lucky to see daylight again.
