Williams does not dilate on it, but young black men murder out at a high rate, rape out at a high rate, and are generally a curse on every city that doesn't police them up strongly, like Rudy Giuliani did in New York (which promptly sent the race-pimp pols into orbit with whines of racism).

Williams could also stand to read the other threads here on FR, in which it is elucidated that gun control has never been motivated by a desire to control crime: it's driven by an ideological and sociological drive by elites to control, disarm, dominate, and tyrannize the rest of the citizenry, a.k.a. "the lower orders". It has zero to do with public safety -- and is in fact a threat to public safety.
