Now he wants to award associates degrees along with high school diplomas. Don’t increase the standards. Just lower the threshold for awards.

He wants to revamp the healthcare accounting, so that parties aren’t paid for how much service is rendered, but rather upon the quality of service.
This means the quantities will be reduced and they will simply be labeled as higher quality.
