Rambro is a coward. He’s been hiding out in a heated luxury cabin after carjacking a couple and kidnapping them and invading their home. Too bad that couple he carjacked wasn’t armed.
I don’t know the area (although I have been to Barstow a few times).
It seems that he may be trapped in the valley which is circled by hwy 18 and 38, based on the location of the latest shootout....and assuming the police can prevent him from crossing these highways.
Google maps has alot of photos in that valley...very rugged. It looks like there are roads all over the place in and out of there...but the weather report there says 9 miles visibility...and I’m sure there are alot of eyes in the sky. I don’t see how he can move.

In five days he’s gotten about 3 to 4 miles from Big Bear and now he’s found, cornered.
About 100 kazillion LEOs are now having a parking lot jamb, as they flood the area.
Where 25 professionals could handle this, they probably have 250 to 2,500 in the area.
Lotsa overtime to officers just standing around, for taxpayers to reimburse.
Too bad they won’t let a mobile donut truck into the area.
