She could have had induced labor and given birth to a whole, breathing, living, child. She was 33 weeks. What she wanted was the baby dead.

The "Safe, Legal and Rare" crowd doesn´t care much for the first and third words in that slogan, I´ve noticed. I also don´t see the point of undergoing an abortion that late in a pregnancy, either, especially for severe fetal defects. If this little girl was doomed to a short life anyway, why shouldn´t she be allowed to come into this world peacefully and pass away peacefully in her mother´s arms instead of being tortured and killed?
