Remember when we bombed the snot out of Uday and Qusay Hussein? The govornment had no qualms about publishing those death photos. And the lads were not in primo shape ...
That's what I have always believed, too. Since we now have a government that lies to us with even greater impunity than it has shown in the past, how can anyone believe otherwise?
A "living" Bin Laden served the interests of neocons, the Saudi royal family, and Pakistan's ISI, probably confused the hell out of Al Qaeda fighters who were never sure what stories or orders to believe, and kept the US military from coming to think that their long assignments in the Middle East were in vain. A win for all the players except those few of us left who desire honest government.
I’m with you on this one. That someone lost their life that day I won’t argue or deny. But in my opinion, it was a Bin Ladin body double whose bad day just got worse and he had to earn whatever he was being paid the hard way.
