Who know? But it obviously was going to take more than seven rounds from a state-mandated regular magazine to take the guy down. Inside a home....I’m of the mind that a simple shotgun does the job better. Course, there’s a bigger mess to clean up later.

A shotgun does not lend itself to precision shooting. The guy had a hold of the sister, so they had to be close to each other. Shame the other sister wasn’t able to take time for a head shot. Given IL judges/liberal courts, the perp will be back on the streets as soon as his wounds heal.

This got me thinking. If you ever have to use your weapon for self defense, especially in the current political climate, it is probably a good idea to empty your magazine into the perp. That way, you can make the case for larger magazines since you would have been empty had there been another attacker.
