The Iranians REALLY don’t understand about propaganda, do they?
First, do a mock up like this. Actually, make 12.
Second, get some disposable agents busted buying some sort of sophisticated engine and heads up display from, say Turkey.
Third, have LONG Range photos of the mock up taken doing tests along some isolated runway. Have these smuggled out by Kurds to Newsmax or Janes Defense.
Fourth, have a drunk Iranian pilot lose his briefcase in, say Paris, at the airshow. It will contain computer analysis of the fictional F313 vs. the F18, F35, and F22. Show that it slots in superior to the F35, but less than the F22
Fifth, leave the mock ups on a runway as a sat passes by, then cover up and randomly shoot a bunch of guards for leaving them out.
Sixth, deny everything.
The entire world will believe you have a super-duper airforce and Lockeid and Boeing will send over dancing girls to blow you.

Wow that is a really good strategy! I like the use of denial as a form of propaganda!
