This could not have happened, the man accused of this was a convicted felon so obviously would never be able to illegally obtain a gun. /s

Yes, my thought also, - Plus he was in a ‘gun free zone’, and DE says NO in Courthouse. Also NO to felons and they do not ‘honor’ a NJ permit.
If they had waited till 9AM to open the Courthouse this could have been avoided.
