I also read most of the docs and case files in the link I sent you.
You obviously did not.
Why are you so quick to take the word and side of a triple murderer?
I take the word of the judges and juries in the numerous legal cases I linked for you, as they were legally convened for the purpose of finding truth, and they found the LAPD untruthful.

If you had read the case file, you would know that there was testimony from hotel employs contradicting Dorner's testimony.
Those judges and juries were not investigating this case. The only testimony stating that the suspect was kicked comes from the suspect who was mentally ill and Dorner who is a triple murderer.
