$9,500 - $37,000 income = $695

Does anyone in O-Butt's administrations seriously think they are going to collect a $695 penalty from someone making $10,000, subsidy or not? These are going to be permanently uncollectable and people will go entirely underground (as I will -- I'm going to stop buying car insurance as well, already did once and then relented).

Not sure how the collection part will work. Guess those extra thousands upon thousands of new IRS workers will figure that out. I’m guessing it could include deducting that from any tax refund or perhaps garnishing wages. The low information voter will be surprised. And disappointed. haha

I’ve said several times on another site pay the fine, save your money, upwards of 15K per year instead of buying insurance, bankroll it . . . then 5 or 6 or 10 years down the road you will have a nice stash of cash, IF you do get very sick, go buy insurance, they can’t refuse or deny you. Win Win. Usually the libs report my post and have it deleted. ;)

in many states you cannot register a car without proof of ins and some even have the police come take your plates if it runs out...
