In my opinion, no one that is legitimately concerned questions the noble ends that the kenyan marxist CLAIMS to pursue -they question the illegitimate means he employs in their pursuit. IF it was all above board and a legitimate historically employed use of executive powers THEN there would be no need for secrecy and no need for legal justification memos.
