Every one of those cops involved should have their badge taken away and be fired. Even go to jail.
I just read about a Utah resident arrested and charged, for shooting a couple shots at the burglar's car when the burglars were fleeing his driveway after breaking in. He didn't shoot to harm the burglars, just to shoot at their tires. So the cops jailed him. According to Layton Police Lt. Shawn Horton, "There is a responsibility of owning a gun: you need to know when you can lawfully use your weapon," Horton said. "You're not authorized to shoot a firearm at a car just because you don't want it to get away, or to scare them, or disable a tire."
Those LAPD cops almost murdered two innocent women in a truck, they weren't trying to shoot out tires. Both women were wounded, from numerous rounds fired into the vehicle. Those cops are reckless and should be fired. Cops should be held to a higher standard or get fired.
I agree, But they most likely won’t be..........
In a just world, they would be tried, found guilty and shot.
