Then that footage would be a big red flag.
Are you a parent? Would you want cops who are responding to an active shooter that could shoot your kid dead to actually neatly park their car in a parking space before they raced in to try to stop the shooter?

Ohhhh -- okay!!! The police should have just jumped out of their cruisers engines running Rambo style, dove through the glass windows guns blaring without any thought beforehand!!! Yeh right!!!

Guys who drive a lot are generally very good at parking neatly and quickly. Your expectation that real cops park like Hollywood cops are foolish and naive.
