Exactly! Rush laid it out really good on one of his shows this past week. That is anything "talking point" that the Republicans need to drive home.
Is there any way of getting rid of "baseline budgeting"? This is really a huge problem over time.

Feels like a cut in my world. My husband has served in 3 wars and retired to DoD civil servant position consulting all things on A10. He and tens of thousands have to begin in March take one furlough day off a week for remainder of year. Loss of over $1000 a month in pay
