There is really nothing in his manifesto about “whitey” making him snap. More likely just the culture of the LAPD. If you don’t live in LA you don’t know, but almost EVERYONE dislikes the LAPD.

From what I hear this guy Dorner is only a little more messed-up than the rest of the LAPD. They sound like real a-holes and dangerous ones too. Really needs to be cleaned-up.

I read his manifesto, and I'd estimate that the majority of it is his absolute hatred of the corruption in the LAPD. He names names of everyone that did him wrong throughout the years. And now they are going to pay. He's planned to kill these people, as many as he can take with him.

It would be interesting to hear if what he wrote was true.

I believe him...I believe that female training officer DID kick a handcuffed suspect in the face, then they fired him because he reported her.

Doesn’t excuse what he did, but he’s “going Galt” in his own way, and he raises some valid points about the culture and corruption of LAPD.

The same can be said for some elements of NYPD, also. I have personal knowledge, albeit second-hand, of a corrupt NYPD officer, and was told such is rampant throughout the department.
