This cat is clearly psychotic.

Now why would I want to give up MY guns when there’s a heavily armed psycho running around loose?

If even half of what he says about his former colleagues in the LAPD is true there are a lot of heavily armed psycho cops running around loose.

“This cat is clearly psychotic.”

No, he is not. He's got a solid, thought out plan and killing for a reason. He will only kill others if they get in his way of killing the ones who ruined his name. He sees this as the only way to change what happened to him.

He also says the killing will stop when they tell the truth and that clears his name. So, he has a plan why he has to do it and has a plan to stop.

Unfortunately, if he was wronged, they aren't going to admit it even to stop the killing.

This is a highly trained killer who knows what to do to kill these people. Maybe one of the cops will get lucky and shoot before our professional killer sees him. However, I would bet our pro sees the cop first.

This is really unbelievable - it's a movie in real life.
