Republican National Committee spokesman Sean Spicer told Breitbart News that the facts don't all add up in New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendezs story when it comes to his reimbursement of flights aboard a Democratic mega-donor's private jet.
Spicer specifically questions the issues surrounding how Menendez paid such a huge chunk out of his pocket for the flights. The notion that anyone would have spent such a massive percent of their assets on previously unreported flights until it was discovered begs countless questions, Spicer said in an email. On Tuesday, the National Journal reported that Menendez spent up to 87 percent of his entire wealth to pay back campaign donor Dr. Salomon Melgen for two 2010 flights to the Dominican Republic. Menenedez has admitted to three such flights aboard Melgens jet and claims all three occurred in 2010.
When Robert Menendez arrived in the U.S. Senate in 2006, he was a relative pauper in a chamber often called a millionaires club, National Journals Shane Goldmacher reported.

Seems like a lot of action for such a little guy.
Boinking under-aged Dominican prostitutes don’t come cheap.
No problem..a few good insider trades will even the books!/sarcasm;)
Give the guy a break. He did not spend the kind of money that Elliot Spitzer paid for hookers. Menendez went to the Dominican Republic where hookers are much cheaper.
You bring up an interesting point.
Any economic studies on NYC hookers vs offshoring?
Robert “the Torch” Torricelli claimed to have “never been indicted”, though he had been cited repeatedly. Yet he ended up being unceremoniously replaced on the ballot for election to the Senate in 2002.
A lot of citations have been piling up on Menendez. Does he have more staying power than the Torch?
New Jersey does not have any more Frank Lautenbergs.
This ain’t about hookers. He only recently reimbursed that doctor for the flights. This is about payoff money so somebody will keep their mouth shut.
Maybe Menendez was conducting a study. He is on the foreign relations committee.
I don't know, but New Jersey might demand back sales tax from Menendez if they find out he has been contracting with offshore labor. :)
POST OF THE MONTH !!
Well done, sir.
She doesn't look cheap to me. Tawdry perhaps, but definitely not cheap. Heck, she probably cost more than the plane.
Daily Caller: Meet one of Bob Menendezs (alleged) call girls
“New Jersey does not have any more Frank Lautenbergs.”
That’s a joke, right? New Jersey has graveyards doesn’t it? The RATs will just go dig up another one! New Jersey Senators, just like “Weekend at Bernies.” Just drag him into the Senate and have someone raise his hand at the appropriate times. The rest of them won’t notice he’s already dead.
“Boinking under-aged Dominican prostitutes dont come cheap.”
Yeah, like the poster over at Breitbart said, $29,250 a “piece.”
Of course it was a joke. New Jersey has an infinite number of Frank Lautenbergs, some just show more signs of life than others.
Starting with Jon Corzine.
Par for the course in BJ Clinton’s Democratic party.
