How could lasagne be 99% meat of any kind?
That leaves only 1% to be pasta, cheese, tomato sauce etc.

The meat is 99% Horse and 1% other.

I thought it meant that the meat was 99% horsemeat and I was wondering what kinbd of meat the other 1% was.
