It looks to me like states are pretty much dividing up into red and blue in most all respects - rtw, taxes, environment etc.
Minnesota looks like a good candidate to follow the California model. Go ahead and crank those taxes!

Hey!!! Some of us are already paying our “fair share.”
It just floors me that politicians, for the most part, don’t think for one second that overspending *might* be the actual cause of the budget problem.
I am seriously considering changing my name to LachlanIowa, since the Minnesota Gig is oppressing. It is also getting more difficult to find kindred spirits.
