What are we to think if police officers, heavily armed, trained in the use of firearms, and on site at the exact moment the crime is committed, can’t protect themselves from violent assault? Who exactly are the protectors of the public that bozos like Feinstein, Schumer, and creeps of their ilk, that will be providing the protection of the general public when all guns are banned?
Here’s a thought: The police clearly have no need of the “assault” weapons they are issued, including the M4, AR 15, shotguns that are clearly not meant for hunting or sport, and semi-auto handguns, since they are apparently useless in real world assaults like this one. Let’s criminalize possession of such weapons by police officers, in the name of safety, and for the children.
