moseby (sp) take savage with a grain of salt (or a box full) lord knows how angry I have gotten listening to him but no host is pure, levin talks about his topia book and reads from it as well

yes savage is completely self absorbed and opportunistic but sometimes tuning in pays off when he hits gold (which is not when he talks about himself or persian miniatures or stream of obnoxiousness)

I guess I have listened to him too long - ya think?

I don't have celiac disease, which is a GI tract condition, but I DID have chronic, painful inflamed tonsils that were aggravated by gluten-wheat consumption.

A surgeon removed my tonsils years ago to try to fix the issue and the symptoms did not go away. I had to self-diagnose myself after many, many episodes of medication, doctor visits, antibiotics, etc.

The doctors I saw did NOTHING for me, and it was only a trial-and-error dietary approach that fixed the problem.

I rarely eat gluten anymore, and I am glad the food options are expanding to help.

Don't let anyone say that "gluten-free" is unnecessary for some people.
