I presume from your comments that muslims are not growing in strength and influence in britain and that these reports we're getting are just hype to sell papers. I'm sincerely glad to hear that.
Extreme Muslims ARE a problem, but they are a tiny minority.
They make a lot of noise (empty vessels etc), and as such, people in America therefore can be seduced into believing that they have a big influence in the UK, that they run areas, even towns and cities. Hence why many people here think the UK has been conquered by Islam, that the UK is now a dhimmi nation etc.
95% of the UK is NOT Muslim. Immigration has been tightened. Extremism is being combatted. the vast majority of UK Muslims are decent, non extreme people. Sharia Law is a civil law like Jewish Beth Din, and exists only in five English cities, and is subordinate legally to English law.
Muslims do not have any major political or social power in the UK, collectively or individually.
