While I agree with the theory the author has presented, it will take several generations to get back to the basics of what this country was founded on. Much of our decline has been in the the intercities and promoted in our schools. The number one ad about farmers at the recent superbowl shows that people want to go back to the “hard work”, self sufficient way of life and get away from the take, take and take some more mentality. That isn’t going to happen overnite.
