Yes they are, but the Founders were careful to describe the difference between Citizen and Natural Born Citizen, something that either escapes you, or you are purposefully being disingenuous.

Put me in as the former — it escapes me.

Could you please cite one of the founders or framers of the constitution (James Madison for instance) and quote for me, where they described a natural born citizen?
