i just spent the last 15 min looking at CD n google earth, and cannot figure out where that picture was taken, other than it was NOT taken on the skeet range...You can’t take a picture at camp David skeet range without 8’ high fence behind you. It’s impossible. Camp David range is surrounded by 8’ high wooden fence.
Skeet range is next to public access road to camp David, fence is security and check regulation skeet clubs. All fenced.

Go check, in Obama picture there is sign on a tree (look at right side of Obama skeet photo) sign really points cart path to presidential skeet range.
