You’re correct, all the Manson family should have been executed as most of them were sentenced to death, I don’t believe Bruce Davis was one sentenced to death but I’m not quibbling, he should have been.

Had it not been for the CA Supreme court and Chief Justice Rose Bird (appointed by then Gov Moonbeam Brown) the bulk of them would have been executed but the CA Supremes overturned the death penalty as I remember it. Rose Bird was subsequently voted out as Chief Justice by CA voters and I’m proud to say I was one of those voters.

You’re so right, I-M. It was an horrific progression of murders by these demented people following the demented and controlling Manson.

It was long ago but I remember them vividly because we didn’t live that far away.

They should have all been executed.

Notably when one of Obama’s political mentors was a big fan of Charles Manson. Just some people in the neighborhood. Dig it!

Hi there jazusamo! How have you been? I recently found more mountain lion tracks in the snow on my front yard.

Hiya, I-M. Things are good here and hope they're the same with you.

Am not surprised about the lion tracks in your front yard from what you've said before, only wish I lived in such a place now.

I really miss being able to come up your way in the Sierras as I did in years past, it's Gods country!

Be well, FRiend.

I’m for releasing him. The poor man has served his time.

In fact, I would sign an order for his release.

Only two small conditions.

1) Take him up to about 20,000 feet first.

2) No parachute.
