I remember watching SB I on a small bw television set in the basement of our fraternity house. And there were plenty of empty seats at the LA Coliseum. Those $12 tickets were pretty pricey.

I attended SB 4, the first one in New Orleas, it was pre Superdome and was played in Tulane Stadium. I can’t remember the ticket price, mine were compliments of American Airlines, Newark, NJ.
