There is no point going through all the trouble of a photoshop when you can just rush zero outside with a photographer and snap a photo.

Except I don't think the trees around Camp David or anywhere else in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area look like that right now.

He's not at Camp David now. I'd suppose that when he was there in the summer, they took a lot of publicity photos. Obama's at the pool, they take a picture of him there. Barack and Michelle go for a walk or look out a window, they take a picture. And they don't use most of them, so they have them lying around. What usually happens is a few years down the road the photographer comes out with a book of pictures that weren't used.
