I don't see it as funny. At all.
In fact, that is the most uncaring, trivializing, arrogant statement made by a politician in a very long time.

Sorry, my comment was poorly written. People are using the comment, “What Difference Does it Make?” in “funny” ways. (My pwn mother even used in response to a question I had.) What Hillary said with that comment is evil. She is saying noone really needs to be held accountable for what happened. The lives of those lost or those injured don’t deserve people held to account for their lack of action or for improper actions.
We don’t disagree in our understanding of that phrase. I don’t right good sumtimes, upchuck.
