Does anyone remember a few years ago all the fuss being made about child soldiers in places like the Congo, Libya, Sudan etc?

Now maybe I'm misreading this thing but doesn't it appear that the Regime is giving these countries a pass on using child soldiers?

I realize this story doesn't involve homosexuals, gun control and mean old gun nuts or nasty religious people trying to keep women from their God given right to free birth control, but you'd think SOMEONE in the media would have picked up on this one.

It sounds to me as though we are agreeing to train child soldiers for those countries. This is flipping sick

Is this the first step in the possibility for ‘child soldiers’ in our country? Remember Obama wanting a ‘civilian security force’ to rival the Military in ‘investment’? And now we have the new Fema Corps, youths 18-24 being trained to help in Fema disasters. Funded by the Fema allotment. Scary times in this country.
