Great video. Despite reports to the contrary, not all New Yorkers are liberal. And not all are going to go down without a fight.

There’s a group that challenged the license restrictions up in Westchester - that case has been working its way through the courts for quite a while. I’m figuring I’ll be too old to even handle a .22 by the time that one finally reaches the end of the line, legally.
I didn’t expect to be looking to leave NY quite this early, but we just can’t take it anymore. We haven’t decided on the exact state yet, but we’re leaning toward the southeast. When we finally get out of NY, I’ll be singing it from the treetops. And my screenname will change from “TrappedInNY” to “EscapedFromNY”:-)
You ladies should look into an Appleseed clinic. http://www.appleseedusa.org
Thanks very much for your information & advice. I will look further into which states I can carry with a MN Permit to Carry a Pistol. MN doesn’t call it conceal & carry, although that is the effect of what we have.
What a cool group, ebs! It looks like they do important work.
I haven’t had time to go through the whole website, but I wonder if you can tell me if they have classes for kids or teeens. What a great addition to a homeschooling curriculum that would be!
That said, I should probably tell you that I myself am already an adequate marksman. I have family in rural PA and was was taught to shoot as a child. Over the years I’ve taken as many opportunities as possible to keep up on my skills. I wish I was even better at it, but I simply don’t have the time to get to the range as often as I would like right now.
Regards,
PS: My older boy is actually on his (Catholic) high school’s riflery team! (That means he’s a better shot than his mom — YIKES!)
I will look for your new s/n, and will rejoice with you when I see it!
Regards,
It’s all ages and whatever skill level, they’ll make you better. A lot better.
Wonderful! Thanks again for the info.
Best,
