AS an eleven year old, a homosexual Boy Scout camp counselor tried to molest me. It was something I never forgot or talked about..until now. From that night on I slept with my sheath knife at hand. They were allowed then if you had your Toten Chip.
Later as a Asst Scout Master I encountered a homosexual event taking place between two older Scouts while younger Scouts were in their tent.
There is no place for homosexuals in the Scouting movement. Once known they must be expelled. Adults in the military can deal with the problem..children under our protection should not be forced to accept this behavior in private or public.
Maybe it is time for a new BSA. Church supported and sponsored. Forget Corp america..they have sold their souls to the Devil. The BSA could survive with just Churches as sponsors...they might loose a lot of the professional managers, but the organization would survive.
I was in Cub Scouts for several years and the year I was to go into Boy Scouts my parents didn’t let me. I always thought maybe it was a money or time issue. I later learned it was a homosexual issue. They knew of several homosexuals that were in leadership positions in our area, both in the military as well, and they felt if the Scouts wouldn’t remove them then the danger was too much. Later as an adult I visited an old friend from that time and he confided that when he went to camp that first year one of those homos tried to molest him. His older brother learned of it and went and beat the sh*t out of the homo and that’s why his older brother had been arrested. I never knew why his brother got arrested back then. He was never charged with a crime but I remember his brother being raging mad about something. My friend dropped out of Scouts that summer and we never mentioned it again.
