Yes..people in radio are guessing Graham is paying for the time, “brokered time”. WCRN prob can’t afford to pay him, so he would prob buy time then sell ads to pay himself back. The CRN morning show is Hank Stolz, the program director of the station. Maybe it’s in conjunction with
the Money Matters network...they can sell ads and
push Graham.
I think the new Graham show displaces a noon news hour by
Stolz, some brokered time hour long shows at 1, then
prog talker Jeff Santos brokered at 2 (so now Howie gets Graham for a lead in)...or is it Huckabee? The WCRN website is pitiful. Prog talk gets, shall we say, hammered in
New England. While it is on taxpayer funded NPR outlets,
commercial prog talk is only on fulltime stations in
Brattleboro and Bangor, the latter thanks to moonbat Stephen King...and in Boston itself it’s just about gone on the commercial dial (there may be a weak AM station doing Santos 6-7 am). But hey with NPR why bother...?
I find NPR very hard to take, outside of Car Talk and a few of the weekend shows, which I rarely listen to. And 99.5, for household background “elevator music”.
